Terms of purchase

General terms and conditions
We apply both the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, you as a customer must be of legal age (18 years) or have parental consent (order must then be placed in the name of the guardian) and accept our terms of purchase. Customer means a natural person.

Ordering
Ordering our products is done via Nordicsummit.top. Incoming orders are answered with an order confirmation via e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately.

Prices
When shipping country is set to Sweden or a EU country all prices are shown including 25% VAT. For countries outside EU all prices are shown excluding VAT and no VAT will be charged.
We reserve the right to VAT increases and other price changes that we do not control.

Payment
We use PayPal and Payson as our payment providers. Payson is for Swedish customers and has support for Card payment, invoice, swish and bank transfer. For deliveries outside Sweden we use PayPal as a payment provider.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-4 working days.
We cannot be held responsible for delivering sold-out or expired products. For bulky shipments that are notified, the goods are a maximum of 14 days at Postnord’s agents. If the goods are not collected, you as a customer will be charged SEK 150 for unclaimed goods.

Delivery delay
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel a purchase in the event of a significant delivery delay. Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. We reserve the right to waive our right to compensation to the customer in such situations or in the event of a delivery delay.

Shipping and delivery methods

Our company is based in Sweden and we deliver to both Sweden and internationally to most countries. Including Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Germany, England and the USA.
Shipping within Sweden is 19 SEK (inc VAT) per order.
Shipping within the EU is 4 EUR (inc VAT) per order.
Shipping outside the EU is 4 USD per order.
Our goods are sent by Postnord as letters or letters of goods.

VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders outside Sweden
Prices on the homepage can depending on the selected language be displayed in SEK, USD or EUR. If shipping country is within EU prices are displayed including 25% VAT. Any fees or charges related to customs in in the receiving country is paid by the customer.

Warranty
According to the Consumer Purchase Act or when the manufacturer/importer has extended conditions. For the warranty to be valid, the products must have been handled in the manner prescribed and can be considered normal for the product. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us. A receipt or other document proving that the product has been purchased and paid for is valid as a guarantee document. Therefore, always keep the receipt during the warranty period.

Complaints about broken or faulty products
We apply the Consumer Sales Act to complaints. This means that we undertake to replace faulty or broken products at no extra cost. Remember not to redeem packages with visible defects. Such defects should be reported directly to the driver or reported at the time of collection. Hidden defects should be reported to us within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
If you discover that a package is already damaged when you pick it up at your delivery point or at Posten. You should report this on the spot.
Broken or faulty products will be replaced in the first instance with a new one. If this is not possible, the cost of the goods will be refunded.

– Always contact us before sending anything to us.
– We will send you a return note free of charge by email or post.
– Send the item to us.
– Always attach a copy of the receipt or a note with the order number of the order in question.
– Describe the fault on the product.
– You are responsible for the transport back to us, so pack the item well so that it does not break.
– Save the delivery receipt from the Post Office if the shipment is lost on the way.

Return and right of withdrawal
“According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.”
For returns within Sweden, we can send a prepaid return shipping note if desired. The cost of a return shipping note is SEK 29, which is deducted from the refund.
When we receive the item, a refund of the cost of the item and, if the item was alone in the order, also the cost of shipping will be made.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the decisions of the General Complaints Board.

Privacy, security and personal data
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data such as name, address and telephone number, e-mail. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our commitment to you. We also document communication that we have with you via e-mail, in order to provide the service that you expect from us.
We are responsible for all personal data stored in our customer register.
Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed.

Information about pledging
“When paying with Payson invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB.”

Reservation
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in the content of the webshop. We reserve the right to subsequently correct prices, images and product texts in our webshop.
